“Standoff” Returns This Friday

After a long hiatus, Craig Silverstein’s show, Standoff, is returning to our TV screens.  It’s been moved to Fridays…not a good sign.  However, cast member Michael Cudlitz tells the Chicago Tribune that it hasn’t been cancelled yet.  Will it find its audience on Friday nights?  I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

Watch the new episodes starting this Friday, June 8, at 9/8 c on Fox.  As usual, check your local listings for the time and channel in your area.

  1. You rock Amanda! Thanks for promoting this show–it has a lot of fans out there, who have been taking a lot of abuse by the critics for no good reason. Hopefully people will tune in and judge for themselves.

  3. I’m excited about the return of Standoff. It was definitely the best of last fall’s new shows. Here’s hoping that summer audiences find it!

  4. FOX is missing the boat with this show!!! I hope that the Friday night crowd is ready for something new and stimulating- action and romance abound in Standoff. Tune in there is something for everyone in the house!!

    There are few to no shows I would wait for months to see return to the air, Standoff is that kind of show.

  5. Standoff is the little “show that could.” After months of struggling to keep it’s fanbase and name in the hat of FOX shows to pick from, it finally gets to get back into the program line up this summer.

    It is well worth a true TV series addicts time to get involved with this show. The first episodes are online at Fox on Demand and are sure to get you prepared for the next shows they are going to air. Don’t fret if you are a new fan of this show. FOX has to wake up and see that Standoff is their next new, hot drama series. They need to back it, not just sit back and have the wait and see thing going on.

  7. We were always here, Amanda. It just seems that the media loves to ignore us. Plus, we haven’t had much to celebrate the past months. But we’re ready to support our show!
