Vincent Ventresca Returns to “Dollhouse”?

Wait a minute.  Is that true?  Didn’t we see his character killed off then drained of blood and chopped up into pieces?  Well, yes, but somehow Nolan Kinnard is back in this week’s episode of Dollhouse entitled “The Attic.”  That’s a good thing for us because we get to see Vincent Ventresca again at his creepy best.

“The Attic” airs this Friday, December 18, at 8:00 p.m. (7:00 p.m. Central Time) on Fox.  If for some reason you miss it, you’ll be able to catch the episode on Hulu the next day.

Synopsis:  Sierra is forced to face her past as her connection to the Rossum Corporation leads to obsession and murder in “Belonging.”

Following is the promo for the episode.

Vincent Ventresca in “My Neighbor’s Secret”

I try to keep up with what the cast is doing but, occasionally, something will get by me and I find out after the fact.  That’s what happened in this instance.  I recently found out that Vince was in the Lifetime movie My Neighbor’s Secret, which aired last month on September 26.

I wasn’t able to find any other TV airings of the movie.  However, I did find the movie on Lifetime’s website!  So, click the link below if you want to watch it, but don’t wait too long.  My understanding is that the movie will only be available until October 28.  Enjoy!

Vincent Ventresca in “Stuck”

I remember when talking to Vince a while back that he had mentioned that he was doing some writing for a pilot.  Well, just recently I found out what it is about.  It’s a TV series pilot that Vince co-created and executive produced with Erik Palladino and Matthew Leutwyler.  If those names sound familiar, it’s because Vince also worked with Erik and Matthew on Dead and Breakfast.

Stuck, which is produced by Ambush Entertainment, has been accepted into the Independent Television Festival, which runs from July 31 to August 6.  The first screening  was on July 31, but there is one more screening you can catch on Wednesday, August 5, at 7:30 p.m., for those of you in the LA area.   It will be playing at the Laemmle’s Sunset 5 at 8000 Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood, CA.  Tickets can be purchased at Ready Theatre Network.

The following picture shows Vince in attendance at, I believe, the opening night gala.  I want to thank Russian fan Evgenia Koralskaia for bringing the picture to my attention.

Note:  I took the picture down because of copyright issues.  To see the picture of Vince and even more pictures, please visit jamd.

Synopsis: In any other town they’d be winners, but in Los Angeles….Erik and Vince are two “kind of” successful actors living in that world between EXTRAS and ENTOURAGE, while still waiting for their big break…at age 40.

I don’t know if the series will get picked up by a network, but we do get a peek at it via the following trailer.  Enjoy!

Vincent Ventresca in “True Jackson VP”

Vincent Ventresca guest starred Saturday in Nickelodeon’s True Jackson VP.  The episode is entitled “True’s New Assistant.”   True Jackson VP star, Keke Palmer, said about the episode, “very funny show, wait til you meet the assistant, he turns out to be a handful, the actor that plays the assistant is so good.” — KeKe Source Online

I have to agree with KeKe.  This may be a kids show, but Vince really shows off his comedic talents here.  I’m always amazed at the range he has as an actor…from a goofy assistant to a scary killer to an invisible man.

I only found out about Vince’s appearance about half an hour before the show started on Saturday…too late, unfortunately, to be able to give all of you a heads up.  So I’ve been looking around, trying to find out if there are going to be any reruns or online airings.

Nick’s TV show schedule doesn’t really give much detail.  The show airs its first-run episodes on Saturdays at 8:30 p.m.  The schedule shows other airings of the show at the following times this coming week, but doesn’t give any info as to whether they are reruns of Saturday’s episode or not.

I did manage to find a short clip from the episode for you to watch.

True’s New Assistant Clip

It appears that at some point the entire episode should be available to watch online, although I’m not sure when that will happen.  But if I was to venture a guess, I’d say give it a week then click on the above link and see if the entire episode is up.
